Miss Mindy's Kindergarten Class

We learned about Chinese New Year.	We painted and made dragons, which are a sign of good luck!
A former student sent me a Flat Stanley. He is visiting our room for a while before we pack him up and send him off to Miss Mindy's cousin in Canada. Once he returns to our room we will read about his trip north and then send him on back home.	Here's Pokey, a painted box turtle, our classroom pet. He has been in Miss Mindy's family since 1984.
